Well the new owners are giving people trouble with everything. It wasn't one of the best trailer courts and now it's worse. I would never live there but have friends that do. Feel sorry for them.
Its horrible living here they raise the lot rent every year its now at 265 dollars thats just the lot rent if you own your homes you still have to pay that damn near house payment they do not care about you never fix any problems once you sign on the dotted line your screwed
