I highly recommend Kentucky Physical Therapy in Madisonville to everybody needing therapy! Dr J.W. Durst and all the therapist are all so caring and kind. I never thought I would get ever get acupuncture, but I did and it helped me so much! ( and it doesn't hurt ) !!! I certainly give this place a FIVE STARE rating!!!! Hanks to all of you for making me well!!!!
Over the years I have been here several times for different things that have needed taken care of. They have always been caring ,efficient,and brought forth good results.
Secretary was rude and condescending at my first and only visit. older blonde.(instead of treating clients like criminals, type in the insurance # and VOILA!!!! That name on your screen is the primary card holder.) I Didn't get past her insulting demeanor to know more. The Drs may very well be good. The lady at the desk may need some humble pie or just a refresher on feigning empathy.
I would highly recommend Kentucky Physical Therapy Specialist the staff is wonderful always enjoy seeing their smiling faces they make it enjoyable
In two weeks time, I was feeling much better. J W and all the girls have been super nice ! Thanks for hanging things on the wall with Bible verses of encouragement !
