We are foster parents. A prescription was needed to be filled for a newly placed child in our home. I patronized Bluegrass as I was almost certain they would have what he needed. I was greeted in a friendly manner. The tech searched for his insurance. She was unable to find what was needed. She did not give up and tell me there was nothing she could do. She did not treat me like less of a customer given the situation. A tech in another section of the pharmacy worked to find the insurance information. She found it. These ladies went above and beyond the call of their daily jobs. The fact that we enjoyed listening to Christian Radio while the search for insurance was being pursued..........just an added bonus to visiting this pharmacy!!
Fast. Easy to work with. Efficient. Caring. That about sums up Gary and his team here. They deliver my stuff in the flood waters like they did today without a murmur of protest. Gary goes to a conference and looks for alternative compound options for my knee pain so I can eliminate the many pain patches, drugs, and Tylenol I was taking. That is true customer service and why this is the only choice in a pharmacy for my family. Simply the best.
