Today is Thursday March 6th and no one let us know, but we will receive no trash pick up this week. We will not be reimbursed...it's just our tough luck. We pay 3 months in advance. Pea Ridge Trash made it this week, no problems. Go figure.
I just moved into a place that had madisonville disposal for service- I have been here one week and had not called to schedule pickup as of yet due to unpacking! I put my trash in their can and I came home today and they took it all out of the trash out of the can and left it laying all over my driveway! Thank you and I can assure you I will call another company to pick up my trash!!!!
I had disposal service with this company for a couple of years. The service was unreliable, at best, so we made the decision in 2012 to go with another company. We called to cancel the service and the next week the trash can was picked up. Now, in May of 2014 I'm getting a letter from this company saying that my service was canceled due to unpaid charges and they are turning me over to collections. I immediately called to rectify the situation and spoke with Diana Chappell--the owner. She's saying that we did not call to cancel the service and that my trash can was picked up for unpaid charges. If that were the case, then why was the can picked up the very next week? She was extremely rude and refused to speak to me about the situation. She only repeated herself and then said they were turning me over to collections and then hung up on me! The level of unprofessionalism both in their service of trash pick up and their customer service is unbelievable. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!
March 10. They've missed two weeks pick up in past month or so due no doubt to the weather. OK, I understand and can accept that. But when I asked for a pro rated adjustment to my bill for the two weeks, the "lady" I spoke with became rude and blunt saying that no adjustments would be issued and if I didn't like it I could have someone else pick up my trash, then hung up on me.
Folks, this will cost you more in bad publicity and lost business than adjusting my 3 month advance billing ever would. My phone also went out during the storm, but my bill is being fairly compensated by the phone company. Nobody's trying to take advantage of you, but neither do I want to be taken advantage of by you.
