Best pizza chain in this town. We don't go to the restaurant, we usually just have it delivered, and it always arrives VERY hot, correct, and with a smile. We often order extra sauces and they are never forgotten. The delivery drivers are very nice and friendly and seem to care about their customers.
Most of the time I don't have an issue but tonight my cheese sticks was burnt, the cheese on my pizza was overly cooked and I order a salted caramel chocolate cookie and I got a regular chocolate chip cookie. I had no pizza sauce for cheese sticks

The pizza was awful! It was burnt. We ordered online and ordered the thin crust. We got a call that they were out of thin crust so we ask for pan. We ordered large pizza and got medium but was charged the same price and told the price couldn't be changed because it was a web order. We called back and complained the night manager was very rude, didn't offer to make it right and said that that's just how the pan pizza is suppose to be. Pizza Hut pan pizza is never burnt guess that's why we usually go there. We will never go back to this Papa John's again. Between the awful pizza, the lack of ingredients, being over charged and the rude and hateful manager I will not recommend or do business there ever again. This was the worst service I've ever gotten there. Also paid for extra cheese and didn't get hardly any cheese at all.
