We had a house fire was kind of shuffled in here about 2 in the morning everyone was very nice and accommodating to us at that time of night or morning we stayed here for two weeks waiting for a house to rent everyone was very nice and courteous they left us to our ourselves unless we needed something because we needed that time to our self and they knew it mind you this was at Christmas time it happened December 13th so we spent Christmas in this hotel the manager very nice guy let us use a room that they rented out to people for free out of the goodness of his heart so that we could have Christmas with our family and that we did there wasn't one staff member in this whole place that I could say anything bad about they were all very nice very courteous and willing to do anything to help you so yes I would recommend this hotel for an emergency for passing through or just because you want to get away for the weekend whatever you want you can get it here
Poor service moldy curtains in room had to be moved. Manager rude af. Train flies by starting at 4am 50 feet from the hotel. Manager had her of housekeeping search my room before we left to make sure we didn't steal anything i shot you not. I've stayed there 20 times and I will not be back ever!
My biggest peeve was that the hot tub was barely 96 degrees. It was terribly cold each time we stayed here.
The beds are fairly comfortable, and the room is normally pretty quiet. There are several rooms which are not well equipped (bathtub without a drain stopper, air unit which doesn't work properly all the time), and although this is supposed to be a 100% smoke free property, often times when you walk into your room, it smells like someone has been smoking.
We are very pleased with the location of our hotel. We are visiting family in Madisonville. Ky and this is a good central location. The room is clean and comfortable. We. Asked for housekeeping to provide more clean towels and refill our coffee bar and they did so while we were out. We also had a lamp burned out and called maintenance and received a repair visit within minutes. Very satisfied with accommodations.
I like the rooms. They are well decorated and well lit. The hotel is located on a good area, however it is next to the train tracks. It is hit or miss whether it will be a nuisance. Overall I always try to stay here while up here on business.
