Great overall experience. Delivery driver called in advance before they arrived. I purchased the extended warranty, but decided to cancel it (within the 30 day window) and they refunded my money with no hassle. not 5 stars because no free delivery was offered, like other stores within 50 miles.
Due to issues in product and delivery it was Not a good experience this time, however several times before I had no issues.
They are very nice and they stand behind their furniture. We Love Todds !!
