Oliver and Charlie (I think that was his name) were great. They answered all of my friends and my questions. Explained everything to us. Showed me a cheaper way to upgrade my phone that wouldn't break me. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you to both of them

I am very disappointed with Verizon customer service. I had to buy a new prepaid phone. The Sim cards were different sizes. They could not switch my number to the brand new card that came with the phone in the store, and they wanted to charge me 30$ to buy a card in store. I just bought one and then they tell me I have to buy another!!!
Disappointed that I couldn't get service because of Bluegrass and Verizon wireless contract is up and where I live you wouldn't be getting any service in a month because they (Verizon) will not be using Bluegrass towers so we'd be locked into a 2 year agreement with No Service. Glad we went to the store and not over the phone. Because the Sales representative NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT OUR AREA BEING PART OF THE EFFECTED AREA!!!!
