Called to ask why they hadn't called my doctor or me about my referral to them. The woman on the phone was rude and complained to me about the problems they faced. She said that I didn't care about their problems and why they were backed up, like I was a problem to them. I was calm and told her I was not upset or mad, just wondering why I hadn't heard a call since my referral since a month ago. Very snippy and not nice. If they were not the only endocrinologist center in the area I would defiantly not go here if they're gonna treat me with such disrespect upon first talking to them. Sadly, the closest area is in Louisville, four hours away. If you can make the drive unlike me, go there instead of this place.
