Great store with brand name merchandise. While the prices may seem a bit high, they run a lot of sales and operate using coupons.
Rude staff. Was lied to about them having freshwater pearl jewery by the older women that works in the jewelry department. When I finally found the item on my own. I was ignored and the women told other customers to cut in front of me. I put my items down and walked out. I was treated better at walmart.

Extremely disgruntled. Purchased boys size 16 tie and shirt combo with several other items. It was very busy during my check out. Phone ringing, and line behind me. Discovered later I did not make it home with the purchased shirt. When I called, the service rep stated she had checked, and the shirt was not there. I asked her if it was possible the shirt had been placed back on the rack as if never purchased. She stated anything was possible, but the assistant manager knows better. Yes, but anything is possible remember? So now I get to eat the cost for a dress shirt I returned home without. Poor customer service. (After complaint....the manager was able to locate the missing item for pick up. I did confirm it was in fact the shirt (it was missing the bow-tie) I was not interested in the bow tie. Just the shirt.
