My experience with enterprise was wonderful. Not only did they upgrade us for free, but the gentleman who took care of us, I believe his name is Shawn, called us later on that day to make sure we made it to our destination and that the vehicle was sufficient. I will always rent from enterprise.

This location requires you to have a credit card in order to rent a van. This is absolutely ridiculous. I was taught that if I didn't have money in hand for something I didn't need it, therefore I do not own a credit card. Discrimination at its finest!
