Ordered a McRib was disappointed after getting it, it was missing 3/4 of the McRib sauce on it.
New location but slow and serious issues with cleanliness. Had a friend who had a large lump of YUCk in her orange dink. Looked like moldy stuff.
Very disappointed. 5:20 am entered to get breakfast but first attempted to use restroom. Sign on door said closed for cleaning 10 mins. 4 other ladies and I waited 10mins. No one came out to let us know the cleaning was done. I went in and no one had even been in the restroom cleaning. No toilet paper in one stall. All 5 ladies were not happy. With my breakfast I had to ask for the hot tea I ordered. I was given sweet tea. No silverware given for my big breakfast. Someone needs more training in managing this McDonald's. No recommendation from me to eat at this one.
WORST MCDONALDS EVER. Every time I've gone to this location there's been issues. Like waiting in the drive thru forever and being informed they were out of certain items to waiting forever only to be handed the wrong order and having to wait forever again to get the right order and it be cold and soggy. Last time was IT though. I'll never waste anymore time or money at this establishment. Waited forever in tbe drive thru per usual, specifically asked before I ever took the bag if the sauce was inside. Snarky employee claimed it was. I looked quickly and didnt see it so asked again if she was sure it was inside-yes, its in the bottom she said. Of course there was no sauce! By that time the line was really long so I had to park and go inside. Another drive thru victim was already standing there with her bag in hand and we were the only people at the counter. Stood there no less than a full 8 mins and not a single employee waited on us. Just glanced at us and ignored us! I said ' Excuse me' 3 times and still no service. It was RIDICULOUS! Just blatant disregard! I finally started yelling so some goof finally came schlepping up. Never asked could she help, just stared blankly. After the lady ahead of me was taken care of I told them I needed my sauces. 3 orders of freakin chicken strips and this fool begrudgingly hands over ONE ranch! Smh. After some deliberation and my pointing out the 3 orders on the receipt she finally coughed up 2 more. Thats it. They can shove that joint up their lazy, incompetent a**. I will never go there again.
Stopped in around 6p on 7/11. Cameron waited on us and did a fantastic job. We must have looked written out from the Great because he told us to have a seat and he'd bring is our drinks and food! Thanks, Cameron!
